How much is shipping?
Shipping charges depend on the
products purchased, weight, quantity and
destination. Higher fuel prices,
also have an impact on shipping.
Additional charges apply for express
delivery and delivery outstide the
continental United States.
What about returns and non-delivered
orders?
Please notify us within 5 days of
receipt, so we can issue a RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization). All returns
must be authorized, a 20% restocking fee
will be charged, & the customer is
responsible for the shipping charge.
Returned products must be unused &
complete with all parts, accessories,
manuals, etc. in their original
packaging, with RMA posted on the
outside. Should a package be refused or
returned to us unopened, the customer
will charged a 20% restocking fee and/or
pay
shipping cost to reship the order.
Back Orders & Substitutions
We strive for a 100% in stock
inventory, but occasionally we may
temporarily be out of an item. Normally
it is just a few extra days & your order
will be sent, if not you will be
notified. When an item is discontinued &
no longer available, we will substitute
with another item of equal or greater
value when possible.
Items Non-Returnable
Include food, water, custom orders
(imprinted and/or with select items).
First Aid (sanitary & sterile items).
Occasionally, customers will request an
item that we can get, but don't usually
carry. We are happy to order this item,
but the items once shipped are
non-returnable.
What carrier do you use?
Most orders are sent UPS ground, within
3 to 7 working days of processing order.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Some
items depending on value, or area, will
require a signature & will not be left.
Large Orders: Most orders over
800 Ibs. are shipped by freight carrier.
We will give
you a quote on the shipping charges.
Please be aware that someone must be
present to
receive the order & take responsibility
for moving the shipment from the truck,
usually
on pallets. If you need assistance for
the unloading, please plan ahead to have
help
available.
Shipment Delays
Emergency Packs & our freight
carriers make every effort to assure
timely delivery of all orders. On
occasion shipment can be delayed due to
seasonal demand, weather conditions,
acts & conditions beyond the control of
our freight carriers & us. For these
reasons, we cannot be held responsible
for shipping delays & cannot issue
refunds for charges due to these
circumstances.
What if items are damaged?
Every effort has been made to insure
that your order will arrive safely, but
always check your shipment thoroughly
upon receipt for any damage. Any visual
carton damage or breakage observed, must
be noted on the delivery receipt as
"Damaged Packages (s)" before signing -
all claims must be made directly with
the carrier. For freight truck
deliveries, request an "exception
number" from the carrier, prior to their
departure. We will make sure all damaged
articles are replaced in an expedient
manner. Failure to make claim within 24
hours of receipt with carrier will
result in denial of claim.
